Social Media Marketing at UCR Extension

a) Explains why you are taking this class

I am taking this class because I am really interested in social media, it's a part of our lifes so we must understand how to use them in order to be beneficial. My generation is really born with those media so we are attracted by everything related to them. 

b) Discusses what you hope to get out of it?

I hope to learn some tips in the way of using social media and improve my skills. How to be more efficient and touch people by different ways. Also, there are a lot of social media currently and I don't know all of them so discovering new apps and website can be good.

c) How you plan to apply what you learn in this class. 

In my future job I will have to use social media and digital support because it's more and more used everyday. Social media are growing, so I will apply what I learn in this class in my future professional career but also on my own social media that I am using.

Furthermore, I am thinking about building my own campany and social media are the best way to reach people easily, for free and in an original way. I will keep in mind every element that I think helpful for my career.
